Short answer: you receive a report in plain English every month. Not a dashboard full of charts without explanation, but three questions answered: what has been done, what has changed in the figures and what that means, and what is planned for next month.
That report also includes what didn’t work or was disappointing. A month without progress happens; in that case, you’ll read why and what we are adjusting. A report that only shows green arrows isn’t a report, it’s a sales pitch.
It is important to know what you can expect and when. In the first month, most of the work happens under the hood: analysis, repairs, technical setup, and getting measurability in order. Visible results are limited at that stage. In months two and three, you will see the first movements — more pages getting impressions, keywords shifting from position 40 to 15. This doesn’t always mean more inquiries yet, but it is a measurable recovery. From month three to six, positions move toward the first page and the first inquiries demonstrably coming from search engines follow.
If the measurable signals — impressions, average position, indexed pages — are not moving in the right direction after about three months, I will sound the alarm myself. I’d rather have an honest conversation in month three than a disappointment in month nine.
