Short answer: for an average business site, you should expect four to six weeks, from structure to launch.

This timeframe applies if the content is ready or if we write it together with you according to the schedule. In practice, delays are rarely caused by technology but almost always by the content: texts that still need to be written, photos that are not yet available, or an approval round that is pending.

Roughly the phases:

  • Week 1: structure, keywords, and URL inventory — what stays, what is merged, what can be removed
  • Week 2–3: design and the first pages, for approval
  • Week 4–5: the remaining pages, technical setup, and redirects
  • Week 6: testing, launch, and measuring results

In the free scan, you will receive a tailored schedule. If it concerns a large site with hundreds of pages, the preliminary inventory is more intensive and the timeline will be extended — but you will know that in advance.
